Pottsville Child Care Centre

ACP’s first Child Care Centre client was seeking a modern and functional building that kept in charm with the feel of Pottsville and the surrounding coastal landscape.

The centre had to encompass many facets required for a child care facility, yet be open, engaging and convey simplicity. The centre was constructed in 2017 and is located on Seabreeze Boulevard, Pottsville and has 6 rooms for babies from 6 weeks old to pre-school aged children. Complete with a commercial kitchen and servery to cater meals for the centre, along with ample outdoor space for learning while playing outside. This centre became the second for Natural Elements Early Learning Centres.

We selected ACP as our builder for our childcare centre at Pottsville due to their integrity and efficiency right from the very beginning. Matt took the time to listen to us and ascertain what we wanted for our centre. They offered practical solutions to any issues that arose and issues were quickly addressed and nothing was ever a problem.

Whilst undertaking our site inspections we noted that all contractors were polite and respectful and the site was kept meticulously clean and free of builders rubbish. We were always welcomed and always felt respected. The workmanship was excellent the construction was completed on time and on budget.

ACP Builders had a significantly different and professional approach to our new build at Bahrs Scrub Road for 126 children. Their trades completed our designed specifications and finishes to 100%.

Based on their finishes, we have decided to nominate our new build in the 2021 Building and Design Awards for Queensland and Australia. ACP Builders’ attention to detail ensured we met our practical completion date and the successful Service Approval (Service License) was granted by the Department of Education in the required time frame; to ensure a successful opening.

Terry and I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how thankful we are for choosing ACP for completing the build of our Duplexes in Miami. We were so happy with the professional service, productivity and the quality materials used to complete the build.
