For Matt Boycon, building is about more than bricks, timber and finishes—it is about creating buildings that genuinely improve the way people live.

As Director of ACP Builders, Matt brings more than 35 years of construction industry experience to every project. A qualified builder and carpenter, he has worked across a diverse range of residential and commercial projects and previously owned and operated a successful residential building company before establishing ACP Builders.

Matt has a natural eye for design and a practical understanding of how to turn architectural ideas into functional, beautifully finished buildings.

Clear communication is central to Matt’s approach. He believes clients should feel informed and confident throughout their building journey, from the first conversation and early planning through to construction and final handover. His hands-on involvement, attention to detail and strong relationships with ACP Builders’ trusted subcontractors help ensure every project is delivered with care and pride.

Having lived on the Gold Coast for more than 25 years, Matt understands the local lifestyle, climate and character of the region. This knowledge influences his approach to buildings that are comfortable, practical and ideally suited to area.

Away from the construction site and office, Matt enjoys surfing, camping and exploring the outdoors with his wife and their two children. His family’s connection to the Gold Coast lifestyle reflects the same values he brings to ACP Builders: authenticity, quality, strong relationships and a genuine appreciation for what makes a house feel like home.

Matt proudly works with developers & homeowners throughout the Gold Coast and Northern New South Wales areas, helping them transform their ideas into reality, to be enjoyed for many years to come.
