Pottsville Child Care Centre

ACP’s first child care centre client was seeking a modern and functional building that kept in charm with the feel of Pottsville and the surrounding coastal landscape.

The centre had to encompass many facets required for a child care facility, yet be open, engaging and convey simplicity. The centre was constructed in 2017 and is located on Seabreeze Boulevard, Pottsville and has 6 rooms for babies from 6 weeks old to pre-school aged children. Complete with a commercial kitchen and servery to cater meals for the centre, along with ample outdoor space for learning while playing outside. This centre became the second for Natural Elements Early Learning Centres.

John Wall Childcare have designed, project managed and opened over 400 early learning centres over a 20 year period Australia-wide. ACP Builders had a significantly different and professional approach to our new build at Bahrs Scrub Road for 126 children. Their trades completed our designed specifications and finishes to 100%.

Based on their finishes, we have decided to nominate our new build in the 2021 Building and Design Awards for Queensland and Australia. ACP Builders’ attention to detail ensured we met our practical completion date and the successful Service Approval (Service License) was granted by the Department of Education in the required time frame; to ensure a successful opening.

We selected ACP as our builder for our childcare centre at Pottsville due to their integrity and efficiency right from the very beginning. Matt took the time to listen to us and ascertain what we wanted for our centre. They offered practical solutions to any issues that arose and issues were quickly addressed and nothing was ever a problem.

Whilst undertaking our site inspections we noted that all contractors were polite and respectful and the site was kept meticulously clean and free of builders rubbish. We were always welcomed and always felt respected. The workmanship was excellent the construction was completed on time and on budget.

ACP Builders were entrusted to assemble the right team to get our first Child Care Centre built on time and within budget. While overall costs are always important, cost alone is not the only factor we used when selecting ACP Builders. Equally important to cost is a company’s professionalism, knowledge and experience. ACP, Matt and his team have excelled in this department.

The proposal, correspondence and communication throughout the project that ACP Builders provided where accurate and transparent and helped guide us through the build of our first New Child Care Centre.

In our current economy it is important to provide an exceptional service to your customers in order to survive. Matt, his team and all of the sub-contractors involved were a reflection of how a reputable customer-focused company provides a well presented development.

ACP Builders attention to customer-service is second to none. Matt and his team take the time to listen to the client’s needs, discuss options, make suggestions and ensure that both parties agree on the direction of the project.

I would not hesitate to recommend Matt and ACP Builders to anyone who wants superior quality and attention to your needs.

Building projects of our scale requires trust, collaboration, and dedication, and ACP Builders continually delivers on all fronts. Their passion for what they do and the pride they take in their work is evident every step of the way.

We are incredibly grateful to Matt and the entire ACP Builders team for helping bring the Bahrs Scrub, Beenleigh and Cornubia early learning centres to life. Terry and I would like to take this opportunity to let you know how thankful we are for choosing ACP for completing the build of our Duplexes in Miami. We were so happy with the professional service, productivity and the quality materials used to complete the build.

Being our first venture in building “high end” duplexes, it was great to have Wayne and Matt giving us advice professionally on the best way to achieve the perfect outcome.

The site was always organised and kept clean/ free of debris (thanks Pauly). The crew worked conscientiously to get the job done.

Our expectations were met / exceeded every step of the way. Thank you for a job well done and we would be more than happy to recommend ACP for future works in the building industry.
