Mahana Apartments, Burleigh Heads approached ACP Builders to develop a car park to remove traffic congestion in the street.

Works entailed;

• removing all surrounding landscape and spoil to basement slab.
• removing unwanted concrete paths and stairs.
• cutting in a new driveway to access the new area.
• building new planter boxes & irrigation for new landscaping design,
• waterproofing basement slab and planter boxes to prevent water issues in the basement.
• pouring a new concrete slab over existing basement slab.
• constructing Stormwater Bio-Retention systems for stormwater run of to Council infrastructure.
• line-marking and installation of a sliding entrance gate on FOB readers, access gates and new handrails.

This was all completed on time and on budget in early 2020.
